The best way to show gratitude for all the blessings received is to share them with others.
Almana Cares Foundation, through the HR Department donated a service vehicle that will make lives easier for students and faculty of Maranatha Christian College. The bus will give the community convenience to hold off-site activities and enable students to undergo experiential learnings outside the school campus.
Mr. Cresencio Abunda, the school’s President and Chairman of the Board, represented the beneficiary school in a simple turn-over ceremony last July 11, 2018. He expressed his gratitude to Mr. Ritchie C. Corpus, Chief Executive Officer of the Almana Group of Companies for the benevolent act and for giving Maranatha the privilege, among others, to enjoy the benefits of having a school bus.
“Indeed, the children will have more meaningful experiences to add to their development journey,” Abunda said.
The act of sharing is once again a living testimony of Almana’s fervent desire to “Do Good” and “Make Lives Better.” It gives meaning to the quote by W. Clement Stone which says, “If you really are thankful, what do you do? You share.”
